Minpunten

As a salaried employee do not expect a raise just more hours, the drivers and union mechanics make more than managers. The maint mechanics are useless, horrible service, and attitude, they will bill you for items that are covered under guarantee maint contracts. They tell you it is one big family...what a lie the SMSand Rental have a budget as does Integrated logistics side lots of misbillings, it is every department for yourself. If your not making your #'s expect to get on the focus group and explain why your not making mone, the most common reason for not making the #'s they sign looser 3rd party contracts and expect the managers to work miracles. HR is a joke. Managers are treated poorly with no support and take the blame for everything...instaed of finding the root cause of issues.

Pluspunten

You get to work on real supply chain problems that actually matter to operations, not just theoretical stuff. Remote flexibility is solid and the work-life balance is fair. The tech stack is modern (Snowflake, Azure, Power BI) and if you're someone who takes initiative, you'll get the chance to own things end-to-end. The people you work with day-to-day are genuinely good and most teams have a collaborative culture.

Minpunten

Growth from senior level and beyond can be painfully slow even when you're clearly doing the work above your role. Leadership and org changes happen often which resets your visibility and momentum with whoever is advocating for you. Some areas still lack clear ownership so things fall through the cracks or land on whoever is willing to pick them up. Pay doesn't always reflect the scope of what you're actually doing.
