This company is great to “hyping” up their brand as if it’s an EOE, but the reality is that they couldn’t be anything further from it. They mistreat blacks while preventing them from being promoted from within . I’ve been a witness to SEVERAL AAs who went through the training program for OMTs and get placed on the back burner or better yet moved around. I’ve never experienced such blatant discrimination in my career life. To top it all off when you go to HR, you discover that they are friends with many of the higher ups thus preventing ANYTHING from happening when you report issues. The managers ALL smoke weed on the weekends and hang out as if no one knows (they aren’t subject to drug testing).

Pluspunten

You get to work on real supply chain problems that actually matter to operations, not just theoretical stuff. Remote flexibility is solid and the work-life balance is fair. The tech stack is modern (Snowflake, Azure, Power BI) and if you're someone who takes initiative, you'll get the chance to own things end-to-end. The people you work with day-to-day are genuinely good and most teams have a collaborative culture.

Minpunten

Growth from senior level and beyond can be painfully slow even when you're clearly doing the work above your role. Leadership and org changes happen often which resets your visibility and momentum with whoever is advocating for you. Some areas still lack clear ownership so things fall through the cracks or land on whoever is willing to pick them up. Pay doesn't always reflect the scope of what you're actually doing.
