Ability to work from home if needed

Minpunten

Very long and stressful work days with no additional compensation. If you are in a management position be prepared to be responsible for every move or action your employees do whether they were good or bad. And don’t expect lunches or vacations. It’s more like eat when you can (and at your desk) and your vacations are sporadic days here and there between all of your employees days off. You will also need to know every function of every operation for every employee since you are essentially everyone’s back up. There is no down time for you.

Pay was better than most places at the beginning.

Minpunten

Upper management has zero clue how to connect with the employees at the shop level. Over-delegation with zero accountability. Problems aren’t actually solved, they’re just redirected in a way that creates more stress and issues for both employees and customers.
