      Pluspunten

      There are great people who work there. Depending on your job role there can be good training. Chances for growth if you are willing to relocate or travel. Cross training is available in some areas.

      Minpunten

      Low raises and merits, company is not one to take risks so changes can take a long time to implement. Do not always have the best tools available to do your job so there are a lot of manual processes. Communication in the field is not usually good. Managers are set in their ways and not good managers of change. IT infrastructure and support is bad. Little to no chance for advancement if you cannot relocate or travel.

      Pluspunten

      You get to work on real supply chain problems that actually matter to operations, not just theoretical stuff. Remote flexibility is solid and the work-life balance is fair. The tech stack is modern (Snowflake, Azure, Power BI) and if you're someone who takes initiative, you'll get the chance to own things end-to-end. The people you work with day-to-day are genuinely good and most teams have a collaborative culture.

      Minpunten

      Growth from senior level and beyond can be painfully slow even when you're clearly doing the work above your role. Leadership and org changes happen often which resets your visibility and momentum with whoever is advocating for you. Some areas still lack clear ownership so things fall through the cracks or land on whoever is willing to pick them up. Pay doesn't always reflect the scope of what you're actually doing.
