Old technologies. Nothing new in terms of technology. Hiring new team members with better compensation but old loyal peoples are working with less compensation. favoritism is there in some RnD team.

Management doesn't train you. I was not even allowed the opportunity to figure it out either before they laid me off. The guy who was supposed to train me didn't, and threw me under the bus when my progress was evaluated. They want you to come on the team, already knowing everything.
