Some recent examples include the new VPN interface and the launch of System Access Manager, a simplified system offering a more intuitive interface to request SAP access. We have many digitization and infrastructure improvements underway across business functions. Because we make decisions with careful consideration for the environment and the families who use our products, we recognize that at times, it may feel as though we aren’t moving fast enough.
