SCIGON is like a home away from home. They are a family and treat people like a family. This is very important to me since we are at work more than we are home. I have had an amazing experience here. They were very good to me and I couldn't have asked for a better company and management to work for.

Company has great enterprise level and Fortune 100 clients. Company focuses on quality, not quantity. Great mix of on and off-shore resources. Solid expertise in software engineering. Company offers solid benefits, including 401k and profit sharing.

Minpunten

Medical insurance for a family plan is a bit pricy. Individual plan is well priced.

They have clearly lied about end contractor cutting merits during the pandemic and reduced hourly wages to take advantage of their own employees since no one could afford to change workplace. There is no support regarding the personal growth or any relevant training.
