Worst employee satisfaction and caste based politics - werkgeversreview Quality Analyst bij SCIO Health Analytics

Completely dominated by a senior person here. He treats the employees like high school students and does personal attacks. This is completely dominated by one caste people and worst ever treatment to other caste. Firing is a hobby for the management which is unfit to use good skilled employees and we cannot expect any professional treatment here. I quitted recently.
