Pluspunten
I really enjoyed my time with SCP. I started working with the company at the start of this year, but due to personal issues I left in the summer.
During my time, I learnt a lot of valuable skills with rejection and face to face communication, which I didn't have experience in previously.
I made some great relationships with people within the company.
After reading reviews myself, people note they are ill informed on the role before starting. I don't really see how that could be possible, as there is an extensive process before starting with multiple online calls. I will say as well I was given the opportunity to voice questions or concerns at each of the 4 stages. I think those reviews stating they were ill informed are due to the lack of attention or actually listening that those people didn't do. I myself make sure to fully understand a role before accepting it, and ask the questions needed.
There was a lot of room for progression.
Minpunten
The hours were long, and the work requires resilience that a lot of people lack (I saw this during my time at the company).
The weather made it hard some days as it was really hot and we were outside. But I was able to take breaks as and when I needed.
