      SCS is a very welcoming environment with a one of a kind company culture. Management all the way up is very fair and understanding. They encourage you to grow within your role at the company and provide you with opportunities to grow your skills and scope. Taking these opportunities and working hard is definitely rewarded.

      The Culture at SCS welcomes all with open arms, and makes it easy to feel like you're in the right place from day one. When I wake up in the morning I don't dread going to work, because I know what an amazing environment I’m walking into. Everyone is so knowledgeable and helpful in their respective fields of work. The Partners really let their employees have a voice, and it shows by the HIGH morale throughout the work place. When it comes to the work hard, play hard mentality, SCS thrives like no other. They have a lot of projects presently and even more in the future. SCS offers flexible working hours and lots of fun company events to really get to know your co-workers.

      SCS is a fantastic place to work. So many wonderful and friendly people. This company is very well run, from orientation and onward. Everyone is a team player and we work together as professionals to get every task done. SCS has a "work hard, play hard" environment which is hard to find. Plenty of social opportunities from trivia nights, sports teams as well as grand social events twice a year. I am excited to see what my future has in store with SCS!
