      Pluspunten

      - generally friendly co-workers - lot's of benefits (fruit, gym, yoga, language lessons) - cool release parties, learning sessions - CEO is always willing to talk with anyone

      Minpunten

      - unpaid crunch before releasing - lower salary - lack of creativity - DLC production business plan - obsolete technology (inhouse engine) - lot's of restriction - if you don't study current game dev trends in your free time, you will be left behind and stuck in SCS

      Pluspunten

      I might be able to name a few positives about SCS, but unfortunately the negatives outweigh them all.

      Minpunten

      Team leaders think they’re the best in the world, but outside this company they would be completely useless in the real game industry. The CEO, unfortunately, fails to recognize incompetence even when it’s staring him right in the face. From what I’ve also heard from people around me, skilled and talented individuals are overlooked and given no opportunities, while problematic and lazy employees are tolerated and kept on. The biggest issue in the entire company is safe production.

      No career opportunities, very low salary, infantile collective, toxic management.
