Trustworthy, helpful, healthy work climate, no crunch, lots of great colleagues, very friendly and helpful CEO, easy to get in if you can prove your skills even in a total new position.

Minpunten

Its Truck Simulation, they only release DLCs, no new games, and salary is quite low. But its a good place to get experience and start your career in

I might be able to name a few positives about SCS, but unfortunately the negatives outweigh them all.

Minpunten

Team leaders think they’re the best in the world, but outside this company they would be completely useless in the real game industry. The CEO, unfortunately, fails to recognize incompetence even when it’s staring him right in the face. From what I’ve also heard from people around me, skilled and talented individuals are overlooked and given no opportunities, while problematic and lazy employees are tolerated and kept on. The biggest issue in the entire company is safe production.
