      - Great employee benefits such as gym and free fitness classes in the building. - Helpful and kind culture - Big focus on digital transformation and innovation - Relatively flat organisation and possibility to influence senior management

      Minpunten

      - Not much time or budget for education and training.. - The culture can sometimes lean into being too comfortable and not preform above and beyond. - Suffers from slow decision making processes.

      They put out their job advertisement in english but only hire Swedes or people who know swedish. Honestly in 2025 everyone in such institution knows english so their requirement doesn’t make any sense. They obviously discriminate against expats. If you email them in english enquiring about a role role, they’ll just ignore you. Ever heard about diversity and inclusion, SEB? Why bother to write advertisement in english at all?
