DEMOTIVATION IS ALWAYS THERE,as there is lot of Politics exists in work culture.also a lot of salary discrimination in between same designation employees.Not a professional place at all to work with.

Oilfield construction at it's best! Fast paced environment, long hours and good pay! Excellent support from the home office. Excellent variety of work.

Minpunten

The usual things, long hours, difficult working conditions, challenges getting the parts needed on schedule. Overall though, nothing was unmanageable and management was supportive.
