The team at SEEP is positive and supportive. They care about their work and put in a lot of effort to ensuring it is done well.

Small staff sometimes leads to individual employees becoming overburdened.

Paycheck (however small). Health benefits. Some people are nice. The Annual Conference is a great event and something that most employees there can be proud of. You will probably learn a lot about what other organizations in international development are doing.

Poor management, negative work environment, low pay, nonexistent leadership, really high turn over and horrible HR practices = stress stress stress, especially during the conference. A handful of people (including myself) were treated badly while I was there in the sense that they were treated like errant children when they voiced legitimate concerns or complaints. This is a lot of people considering how small SEEP is.
