Vandaag zeggen ze dat alles super is, morgen veranderen ze de bedrijfsstrategie totaal, morgen schrappen ze posities voor werknemers met ervaring. - Niet duidelijke verantwoordelijkheden van managers. Je weet niet aan wie je toestemming moet vragen voor taken en niemand beantwoordt de vraag aan je... - Geen serieuze houding ten opzichte van productkwaliteit. Zeer sterke intentie om te verkopen, maar onvoldoende intentie om het product aantrekkelijk te maken voor de klant voordat het wordt verkocht. - Slechte visie op de marktsituatie. Miljoenen in de bedrijfsstrategie pompen en dan halverwege de strategie veranderen vanwege een "onverwachte" marktsituatie. - Afwezigheid van processen en chaotische actie. Dit maakt het natuurlijk mogelijk om creatief te zijn, maar het belemmert wereldwijd teamwork. Wanneer een bedrijf honderden werknemers heeft, wordt teamwork belangrijker...

SENEC is a sustainable-driven and innovative company, with a fresh and young mindset. From what I've seen during my experience at SENEC, if you're motivated, eager to learn, and you have an open mindset, you'll get plenty of opportunities for professional growth. The internship allowance is above average in Italy and they offer benefits such as food tickets, plus you get a company phone and laptop. As an intern I was able to work closely with different departments as management thinks it's important for interns to get a broader perspective of how the company works, I went to work trips, I was involved in many meetings across different teams, I worked in English with international colleagues, prepared and showed many HR presentations to the whole company. I was also given the opportunity to focus mainly on the legal aspects of HR activities and to spend time with the marketing team since I was curious about their projects. I was taught how to work in HR focusing both on the administrative and on the human aspects of the job, and I took part in the creation and in the implementation of new company policies for a safer, more inclusive and conscious work environment. I really liked the job and I felt like my presence in the company was always valued. Especially the HR manager and the team always supported me and helped me along the way. SENEC is a fast-growing company and it offers great opportunities for those interested in sustainable energies. The offices in Milan and Bari are completely new, very modern and nice. I would recommend it to undergraduates and graduates looking for an internship to get some experience and that are looking for a company that won't take advantage of them and cares about them eventually staying in the company afterwards.

At the time I was working at SENEC Italia the company was growing very quickly, they hired so many people and there were huge structural changes and challenges (e.g. moving to the new headquarters), therefore many things had to adjust and adapt to those changes. At times it felt overwhelming being a the very beginning of my career and it took some flexibility from my side to stay on the right flow.
