I want to start off by saying that I wasn't asked to write this review. It's just hard to read really negative things said about a place that I like working at so I wanted to write my own. I've worked at SET for more than a year and since day one SET has made me feel so welcomed and included. There was a big learning curve working for a start-up. My biggest complaint is that sometimes it feels really hard to get things approved and I don't always know who I'm supposed to go to for approvals. There have been some late nights and even some work on weekends. I love what I do so usually it's not a big deal but sometimes it is really hard. Something I love about SET though is that I always feel supported. So when I have felt like my plate was too full or i was really struggling, I've been able to voice that and get the support I need immediately. Leadership also listened to us when we said that we wanted more flexibility with PTO or mental health days and made really big changes. I do feel like I work with a diverse group of people and we don't all fit one body type myself included. I don't know the CEO that well but I always feel like she's so friendly to me when she's in a meeting that I'm in and I've never heard her say anything rude to anyone I work with. Overall, I'm really happy at SET and I see it as a long term position for me.
