Very little notice when it comes to field work. Very limited PTO. Little to no room to advance in the company. Very poor communication.

Thanks for completing a review. I am happy to see that you would recommend SET to others as a good place to work. SET pays for all hours worked, meaning the time spent driving to job sites from the shop is paid time, which is helpful.
