The owner is involved, engaged and cares about his employees.

It's a busy workplace, lots to do, and the work comes in waves. Though management and leadership are always there to support.

The business owner has a good understanding of how to work with different employees and wants the best for them. Friendly office culture. Work on a variety of different projects. Was overall good experience in terms of my skillset.

Management can feel reactive at times, could use improvement here.
