- Lack of performance incentive, a good worker gets the same increment and bonus as lazy ones. there is no drive to work hard. - Unclear direction of what the company is doing (e.g how they are driving the business). People do not know what they are working for. - the workforce is old and some are very negative. complaint about the pay but are not able to keep up with the technology and lack the drive to improve themselves.
