Managers/VPs are out of touch with what's happening at Planners'/Executive level. Managers/Assistant Managers usually shout and raise voices at their colleagues due to stress. Management only adds a lot of CI work to the already overflowing operations workload. They do not take the time to understand the issues and processes that actually work.
