There is a major lack of vision within the organization. As an entry or middle tier employee, you do not receive any direction. You are given tasks and expected to do them without allowing you to understand the reasoning behind them. The onboarding process is very misleading. They bring you on in a high energy and collaborative environment. Then shortly afterward, they tell you to "figure it out".
