Minpunten

Frequently laying off good workers to cut costs. They really want you to be "turned on" 24/7. A lot of senior management are inexperienced and incompetent.

Actually a pretty good company to work for. Good work-life balance and management was always friendly and professional. Time off was always approved and was encouraged to take. The pay was also pretty good and hybrid work was also great.

Minpunten

Was laid off after I was forced to train my replacement for cheaper labor in Colombia. Also the system to promote employees is so difficult and convoluted to work with. Continuous changes/updates made it almost impossible to "go to the next level".
