There are many opportunities, but you need to work hard for them. People can move up the company ladder fairly quickly. This may require both being good at your job, and being a good politician.
Minpunten
Too many acronyms! Sometimes it is hard to follow what the company does due to their broad structure. The support structure for new hires can be improved upon. I have seen new engineers get lost during the first few months with the company. Having a more structured first few months would help increase the productivity.
