If you care about your job and do good work, it will get noticed and rewarded (with pay increases or bonuses, growth opportunities, etc.). If you are not engaged, that's going to get noticed too. You get out what you honestly put in. From everything I've seen, the CEO and program managers are trying to do the right thing for the people that work hard and care about their jobs. Unfortunately, happy employees typically don't take the time to write reviews. It's mostly those who feel wronged that go online to blast the company. It creates a pretty skewed picture that I don't think fits most people's experience at the company. I have been meaning to write a review for a while, but a recent review from supposedly a "current engineer" is what prompted me to write this review. I'm left wondering, who is this person? I'm a current employee myself and I can't think of anybody that's as angry as this person sounds, not even close. Makes me wonder if former disgruntled employees are posting multiple reviews. My advice to anybody who is not happy at their jobs is go talk to your manager, a different manager or the CEO and voice your concerns. My advice to anybody who is happy is take a few minutes to post a review and share your experience here. I'm sure other current and future employees will appreciate it.

Having to read the ridiculously over the top negative reviews.
