There are many cons that I think should be worked on or are being worked on: -Lack of communication: There is a lot of miscommunication and lack of communication that goes on at SOLUTE. The CEO mentioned in a comment that they won 4 contracts in 4 weeks, but that information is never sent out to the employees. We would constantly be in the dark about how things are actually going. -Admin wing: This includes BD, Contracts, IT, and Accounting. There is nothing wrong with the people in these departments, it is more that watching the way that they were treated made me glad that I was not in their shoes. There are reasons that so many left that department in the fashion that they did -Lack of Training: There is a serious lack of training available or documentation for that matter. Invest in sending your employees to workshops or conferences. -Lack of Sick Leave: Regardless of what the CEO said in his comments, unless you are management or a senior, we are offered 2 weeks of PTO and ZERO sick leave. That isn't competitive at all. That legit is the minimum. And depending on the manager, you might not have the option to work from home. I had surgery after starting and hadn't earned enough PTO to take a day off. I had asked to work from home and was denied. I had to come in after my surgery and couldn't take medication for the pain because I wouldn't have been able to drive.
