The company really values talented and hard working employees. SOLUTE is still a smaller (100 employees +/-) company. As such the engineers have to wear many hats. It can be a challenge to play developer, Dev Ops engineer, architect, tester, and sysadmin. You get exposure to a lot of things, but you also have to be very self sufficient.
