I really appreciate that people respect each other’s time and don’t just talk about “work/life balance,” but actually practice it. The processes here are very structured, and the onboarding was impressively smooth (which is no surprise, given their expertise!). I’m also given plenty of creative freedom, and my experience and expertise as a professional are genuinely valued.
