Rapid erosion of this credibility in the past several years, part of it extraneous, much of it self-inflicted. Leadership succession is the company's principal editorial weakness.

Pay, and benefits. Easy to advance if you are determined. Need to have good attendance to move up.

Not structured. Need to add structure and an easier way to find items on the portal. Update the website as well.
