Pluspunten

This used to be an entirely different place to work with a different culture that I was proud of and inspire to come to work for daily. A couple years/months ago, I may have recommended SRS as a place to work. SRS has changed so much within the past several months, it is unrecognizable.

Minpunten

-Extreme Burnout -Very Top Heavy Organization -Little to no Diversity -Good Old Boys Culture -Put Profit & Growth over People -The HR department specifically is the most overworked, dysfunctional, & hostile place to work within the Company -Corporate is not staffed to support the field -Complete disconnect between leadership/corporate office and field operations -No Work/Life Balance -Poor Benefits Packages

We are disappointed to hear about your experience because we are pretty proud of the culture at SRS and strive to continuously improve the employee experience for all. We agree that the pressure has been on as as we were not anticipating growing 2 billion within the past year. Even for us, that’s a record! The building is nice. Fridays are remote days.

The environment is call center! 2 people are delegated on certain days to answer the phones everyday! No cubicles, open floor call center environment. This is NOT full cycle Ap. Issues with invoices, po’s, remits etc are streamlined through a ticketing system. Training is 2 weeks+ ALOT of information alot of analytical processing for very low compensation. Be prepared for management to have your peers to tell you what to do instead of it coming from her (creating a toxic environment).
