A lot of independence in defining workload and minimal oversight in the day to day.
Minpunten
Compensation and benefits are below industry average. Doing a "good job" does not result in standard merit increases. Company relies on a lot of "player/coaches" for middle management. This can actually slow down a lot of processes when trying to get a concrete decision and understanding who is accountable for what. The workload per individual is not sustainable especially after RIFs that were never backfilled. Expectation of one person spearheading multiple entire projects in parallel is not a good look for efficiency.
