Micromanaged by owners who won't even make eye contact with (let alone speak to) anyone that isn't a manager. Utter chaos, job duties change weekly, revolving door of employees, always understaffed because they can't keep good employees, no training (throw you in and it's sink or swim) unrealistic expectations of employees, focus more on reading employee emails and key card time stamps than they do on how to effectively run a business, management never takes responsibility for any problems or issues.
