4yOur employees are our biggest assets, we are saddened to hear that you did not have a good experience.
We have an open-door policy and always encourage employee feedback, unfortunately if we are not aware that there is an issue it is difficult for us to address the situation. Suggestions are always welcome and often result in positive shifts in the company. While remote working was possible for some staff, being a critical infrastructure business, it was imperative to allow staff to return to the office when it was possible. However, we have continued to follow local and CDC guidelines and did not resume normal office business operations until it was completely acceptable to do so. Whereby we continued to take precautions to ensure the health and safety of our staff and customers.
Furthermore, as an IT Professional fixing and enhancing the technology of the company would be a vital job duty that would be expected from anyone in this role. It would be expected that our IT Specialists would have the ability to troubleshoot, resolve and recommend first line issues, upgrades and similar. Expectations are developed based on a number of factors, experience, length of service and related skills. Again, I am sorry to hear that you did not find your position to be conducive to your expectations as an IT Specialist but wish you nothing but success in your future endeavors.
