Started as a family environment, became just a number at a company. Employs great talent, but has trouble keeping them. Sick leave was not included in PTO

Benefits weren't great to start with, then became worse over the years. Nepotism. Hard to advance career, very limited roles.

High turnover. Employees are released without proper notice. And no formal exit interviews are awarded. So, staff scramble to support projects handled by previous No career growth! Moreover, employee find themselves without any projects to support and are obligated to beg management for work. The company has gone through some organizational changes and at this point is unstable. For potential candidates, Be certain to inquire about career growth opportunities as well as proper retirement planning. The environment at SSP is very volatile and changes could happen without notice. Be aware! Seek employment at a more stable employer!
