Minpunten
- No work life balance, even on MC or Annual Leave. - No increment, no performance bonus in recent 2-3 years. - Management squeeze the left over people as turnover very high. - Very frequent plant shutdowns within a year, either deduct Annual Leave or force unpaid. - Always need to keep Annual Leave for the incoming plant shutdowns, otherwise be ready for a huge loss of $$. Eventually, Unpaid Leave will impact the amount of AWS :( - Think twice if you want to join this company, you may need to give 2 months notice period.
