The students are amazing and respectful. The families are supportive and helpful. The student and staff population is diverse and very caring. The teachers are trying their best but aren’t well supported. A lot of amazing talented teachers.
Minpunten
Leadership is a popularity contest. Certain coaches think they are your boss and direct manager and will put you down consistently or belittle you. You will be micromanaged and your abilities or experience isn’t valued. There is a lack of desks but not a lack of paint or beautification of the building. Chaotic and unorganized. If you desperately ask for help expect to be directed to 2 or 3 other people when you don’t really have the time to be contacting 2 or 3 other people. It’s unknown who exactly you can trust and who you can’t. Its not transparent. HR is not transparent.
