Architecture: Toxic work environment, toxic veteran PM that kills the work culture, immediate firings without warnings, must work 3 months without insurance (vetting period). Don’t get tricked by recruiters to come here because of the great compensation or benefits. You might be fired the next day without warning. This place should be your last resort. Do yourself a favor and stay away. The other reviews are true.

No advancement, pay is low. Be ready for overtime on short notice. Questionable upper management
