      A lot of sweet talk and promises, that not one is fulfilled. Blaming game culture within the project team with the lousy management quality. Skyrocket commitments (project schedule, project concept, project quality) to the customers who cannot deliver, project members will be penalized.

      Willing to give you a chance to learn and grow. Willing to give you a chance to make mistakes and learn from them. Quickly gives you responsibilities.

      Minpunten

      Management only knows how to micromanage. Will constantly ask for overtime - overworked. Management will make decisions based on impulse without knowing the full situation. Unrealistic timelines for projects. Management will lie a lot.
