Pluspunten
I highly recommend joining the R&D department, especially the software group. This team holds a strong position in the company and is well-protected, with reasonable timelines for tasks. Most importantly, top management takes great care of this department, ensuring support and resources are always available. If you want to be valued and supported, the R&D department is a great choice.
Minpunten
The company has potential, but the top management creates many issues that hurt both employee satisfaction and the company’s progress. They seem out of touch with what engineers and other employees do, showing little appreciation for the hard work people put in—especially those who have been with the company for many years. Despite their contributions to building the company, long-term employees often feel overlooked and unappreciated. The work culture is also very toxic, with favoritism and bias playing a big role. Good, long-serving managers and senior engineers are often let go, while those who spread negativity are allowed to stay. This creates an unfair and demoralizing environment where effort and loyalty aren’t valued. There’s also a strong blame culture. When things go wrong, management blames others instead of taking responsibility for their decisions. They often forget agreements and decisions they’ve made, causing confusion. Even experienced engineers are micromanaged, showing a lack of trust from management, no matter how long they’ve been with the company. On top of that, gossip is widespread. People spread misinformation and rumors that are treated as facts, making the workplace even more toxic. This ruins teamwork and creates unnecessary conflict.
