Pluspunten
There are a lot of pros of working here. They seem to pay salaries at about average market value, and have benefits that many people would kill for, like 100% paid medical, and matching 401k. Strong bonus' (if they let you collect it). If you speak your desires, whether it be an accommodation, or place you want to be in x years, they try to work with you.
Minpunten
Working in this industry, you will find that there will be long hours, as you are expected to work 50+ hours a week. A lot of this is not known to people out of the industry, and that creates a higher turnover. That being said, here there are more responsibilities each person has, as job functions aren't exactly strictly defined, and you will find yourself having to reach out to people directly, due to the "flat" hierarchy. It isn't uncommon to hear the owner *yell* at employees in front of dozens of their peers. When an employee wants to leave, Sunrise will typically pay them out a certain amount of time to let the sensitive information decay in its usability. However, for some employees, Sunrise will deliberately find reasons to not pay them during their garden leave, which is despicable. In addition to that, sometimes management will fire someone just before they would get their bonus (30-200% of salary) just to not pay them out that bonus. There is a new 5 year vesting schedule for the 401k, which really makes your starting years seem to be worthless. There aren't many personal benefits, or very unique benefits that make Sunrise stand out. There are cameras watching every square inch, which makes it feel like a prison, all because the owner is very paranoid about all of his employees.
