Cobleskill is mediocre at best and is subpar across the population of Admin, staff, and students. The big secret is that many faculty are unqualified for their positions which puts the degree program out of compliance and creates petty professional jealousies that become a nightmare for scholars who are experts in their fields. The union is weak.

The benefits that the state provides.

Students lie about the faculty, and the administration believes them without investigating. Staff lie about the faculty, and the administration believes them without investigating. Academic freedom is gone. We have become a factory line. Administration keeps reorganizing departments and divisions. Weak department chairs. Union doesn't really help. Deans are intentionally leaving certain faculty out without reprimand. Has become high school 2.0 Women and minorities are discriminated against without reprecussions.
