Its work, good tech's but see cons. Good freelancer place.

What good technicians they have are over worked and do not have time to teach, guide, or offer advice. This makes for sometimes dangerous working conditions. No training. Not a place to start as a new person to the industry. Little respect for people. Do not expect to be thanked or appreciated. You will be blamed and thrown under the bus for mistakes that may or may not be your fault. You must cover your self. Do not expect teamwork. Do not expect training. Be aware that they will offer it and promise it but it will not come to be. They simply do not have the time or respect for people to offer training.

-Decent amount of hands on training -Traveling and working around BC is always a delight

-The sales team cut corners to provide low cost, but minimally, or sometimes non effective solutions in order to secure contracts. This fell on the shoulders of the technician who is expected to stand by a product that may have serious design flaws or is very unorthodox to set up and/or operate. -The method that they have in place for vehicles and to educate and test their employees on driving skills is also highly unusual and in my opinion was degrading. -Constantly hiring new employees when there may not be enough hours to go around.
