Finances have improved which means compensation is getting better after several years of stagnation Lots of opportunities to do interesting work Casual dress code Telework/flexible work schedules Nice people in office - good mix of older and younger employees

Wonderful members! Strong participation and involvement in volunteer chapters and divisions.

Current CEO (not David Biderman) who started in 2023 does not embody the SWANA values. She cultivates an environment of fear, unnecessary scrutiny, and blame. Environment with continual inconsistency resulting in a lack of focus on operations and follow-through since there are too few staff to do the work, and the direction and priorities are constantly changing. Overworked and understaffed with constant chaos.
