I felt that I was discriminated against due to my race, and the fact that I brought up concerning behavior/actions by the CEO and in the company culture. They also kept the performance bonus I earned, because the GM didn't like that I was leaving his team. The CEO blew off my concerns when I attempted to ask him how it was fair. I would avoid this company if you're a person of color or seek a work place that is fair to all levels of workers. Leadership/management on the engineering team is constantly changing. Extremely high expectations and stress, along with minimal support/encouragement/compensation. Engineers constantly leaving/being fired. As long as Dave Blake and Jason Hagens run this company, I do not believe it'll be a good place to work.
