From the day l commenced with SXiQ, John Hanna and the SXiQ team were warm and welcoming. We were running hard to achieve our goals and target, setting up new policies, procedures and systems to ensure the end-to-end talent lifecycle was enjoyable and successful. The feedback loop from all team members was important to ensure all SXiQ team members had input into the team culture and the feedback received ensured we reviewed and improved such items as KPI's and the yearly review process. With cost reduction and profit improvement front of mind as part of the HR strategy, we achieved these goals all with a 94% team member retention. Great experience and a great place to work!

The team are amazing. The culture was very supportive and everyone pulled together to help regardless of role. Lots of highly skilled people that could solve complex issues. Fantastic culture that was hard working but fun. Everyone was approachable.

Sometimes lack of adherence to processes in some areas were challenging but this also stopped you from getting bogged down in red tape when you needed to be agile, so its a bit each way. We got stuff done.
