I have been working at SaaStr Inc for over a year now and I am impressed with the company culture, leadership and team collaboration. The company provides an open and supportive work environment where employees are encouraged to share their ideas and collaborate on projects. The leadership team is driven but approachable and always willing to listen to employee feedback, which helps create a positive work environment. The work-life balance at SaaStr Inc is also excellent although hectic around events as is necessary. Flexible working hours, remote work options and wellness perks ensure that employees can maintain a healthy balance between work and personal life. The company's mission to help organizations succeed in the SaaS industry is truly inspiring. The team is dedicated and passionate about the work they do and it is evident in the results they deliver. I have also had the opportunity to grow and develop professionally at SaaStr. The company provides training and development opportunities for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge. Overall, I recommend SaaStr. The company values its employees and is committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment.

The run up to the big events is always intense Lots of ownership not for everyone

I've been here only a month but this is what I can say thus far: - The content/learning is one of the best. - The product is always adjusting and changing but I love this. It's what allows for creativity - One of the best communities or conferences in tech and specially true in SaaS - Awesome co-workers across the board and awesome leadership. When you need help, just ask (sometimes multiple times tbh) but people are willing to help and are very accommodating. - I commute from the South Bay so love the flexibility of working from home as needed while having the office be in Portero Hill. (Great office, sunlight and atmosphere!)

- Lack of processes or lack of operations/marketing so you really have to ask for help and/or be a self starter. This will get better with time but know that if you're considering this role. - If you're joining for a Sales role, you 100% will need to go outbound if you want to purchase that BWM. Not necessarily a bad thing as SaaStr is a very recognizable brand and has so much untapped potential but know that going into it so if you haven't stretched the surface or that muscle, you may have a more difficult time than others.
