Minpunten
-We are growing exponentially and the recruiting market is difficult, meaning some people that are not performing are not performance managed/ behaviours and attitudes are not always aligned. -Its difficult to manage but the balance between new company and old company can be felt, some changes are necessary but can be managed better. -IT and HR struggle to provide the service due to exponential growth. -There is some resentment from older employees, it is difficult to manage organisational change and the needs of a larger workforce.
