Pluspunten
Salary is better than ordinary Software Companies but that is also a Con. Just because someone gets 30 lakhs, how can a developer put pressure on other department guys to finish his job. Taking high salary is a curse here.
Minpunten
Lot of dependencies on other teams to finish job at Sabre. Other team members report to their bosses and are unperturbed by escalations. that makes work go very slow. Even for small deployments, the intracommunication between departments is 10x times the small Dev deliverable.
