Good people at the bottom of org chart - most folks just want to do a food job and have an idea how to do it. Flexible WFA (remote work) policy. Depending on location - some benefits are better than average in industry

Processes are killing the speed and innovation. Overengineering of simple solutions. At times it seems like upper management have no idea what to do in a long run - at least one a year there is a "soft-reorg" to fix all the problems... after 5 years I have not seen much improvement after each one. No real incentive to stay with company long time if you want to be properly compensated - annual rise cycle with soft cap of 30% rise (good luck if you get near this cap tho).
