Pluspunten
- Travel, customer visits allowed me to go to some great places and role dependant, even visit our other offices - I loved my role, the team, my customers, the opportunities and the trip to Hawaii. The great thing is that everyone was allowed to go, not just top performers - Recognition, you are always, always recognised for great work - The chef, getting food at work makes a massive difference I can't even describe. - The events team always going above and beyond for our customer events and our office manager for all other celebrations. Everything is so well thought of!
Minpunten
- Top one is pay, great if you want to live in city centre and be comfortable. But saving is hard and buying a house even harder. I know this is being worked on so this may have already changed but it was too late for me - The Success Team bring a lot of revenue into the business but our commission is not amazing, it's good, can sometimes be great but definitely can improve.
